Santa Ana Spanish vessel was launched in 1784 in El Ferrol (Spain). It was the prototype for a series of 8 ships and had 112 cannons. In Trafalgar faced the English ship Royal Sovereign to whom he had to pay after three hours of fierce fighting. Finally, during the heavy storm that followed the battle, his strength as represóy reached the port of Cadiz. |
