Return Policy

A) Modelling Shop will accept returns of items in accordance with the following processes for all online purchases.
1. You must notify Modelling Shop of your intent to return the item within 3 days from receiving the items via e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it describing the reason for which you wish to return it.
2. Do not return the items unless you are instructed via e-mail by Modelling Shop customer service to do so.
3. You must provide "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, or email confirmation from Modelling Shop.
4. Returns to be made within 7 days from delivery to the customer.
5. The item to be in its original, unused condition, unopened and sealed to be refunded.
6. Item to be returned accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip.
7. Refunds can only be made with Paypal payments. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been returned and inspected by Modelling Shop.
8. Return charges are not refundable. Please note: only items purchased through our online store can be returned through our online store.

B) Modelling Shop will gladly refund an order up to the original price or replace faulty items in accordance with the following processes for all online purchases.
1. You must notify Modelling Shop of the fault within 15 days from receiving the items via e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
2. Do not return the items unless you are instructed via e-mail by Modelling Shop customer service to do so.
3. You must provide "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, or email confirmation from Modelling Shop.
4. Refunds can only be made with Paypal payments. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been returned and inspected by Modelling Shop.
5. Please note: only items purchased through our online store can be returned through our online store.
6. We will not refund items damaged due to typical wear and tear. Only damage or manufacturer guarantee issues may be considered. Claims for goods damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier.
7. Return post to us will be refunded should your return request be accepted.

C) We are unable to process exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please return the item using our return process.

D) Customer shall provide complete and accurate address details. Modelling Shop will not be charged the return delivery cost for unclaimed parcels or goods as well as for parcel or goods returned due to insufficient address or undeliverable due to non receipt.
The customer should be responsible for return delivery charge and re-shipment charge if parcels or goods returned "UNCLAIM" or due to address related problem.

Force Majeure
Modelling Shop shall not be held responsible or in default under any contract or order or liable to anyone for any losses or damages arising from delay, inability or failure to fill orders or to perform its obligations caused by acts of God, force majeure, fire, flood, explosion, accident, strike or other labor trouble, the exercise of civil or military authority, transportation difficulties, demand exceeding supply, voluntary or compulsory application of priority rationing, limitation of production or any regulations by governmental order, or any cause or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
